We organized a tour together with Waypoint Adventures and Tshering Sherpa in fall 1999 (around Dhaulagiri - a sensation !!!) for us and four friends. We were extremely pleased with our tour and we decided that we want to support the people, who became our friends. We want to share our great experience with other potential customers of Waypoint and we absolutely recommend that you do your tour with them.
Here we go - the highlights in short:

We did our booking via Internet, made an advance payment of 25% of the tour price and received a confirmation email that tour preparations had started, a few days after the money transfer. The rest we paid in Kathmandu.
Again we want to recommend Waypoint Adventures as the best partner to choose and we can only say that it will be hard to top a tour with Tshering in the Himalayas. We're already planning the next tour with the guys...

Wir haben im Herbst 1999 eine Tour (rund um den Dhaulagiri - sensationell !!!) zusammen mit Waypoint Adventures und Tshering Sherpa für uns und 4 Freunde organisiert und waren so begeistert, daß wir beschlossen, die Leute die unsere Freunde wurden, zu unterstützen und hier an trekkingbegeisterte, potentielle Kunden unsere Erfahrung und Empfehlung weiter zu geben.

Wir buchten via Internet, zahlten einen Vorschuß von 25% des Tourpreises an und erhielten wenige Tage nach Überweisung eine Email mit der Bestätigung, daß das Geld eingetroffen sei und damit begannen die Vorbereitungen zur Tour. Den Rest beglichen wir in Kathmandu.
Wir können Waypoint Adventures nur wärmstens empfehlen und zu einer Tour mit Tshering raten, ein Erlebnis das in Nepal seines Gleichen sucht. Wir planen bereits die nächste Tour mit den Jungs...
